October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. To commemorate the month, my latest episodes of Conversations that Matter is titled “Facing the Trouble at Home”. The conversation features Tanya Cooper, a member of the church I serve who is a law professor at Pepperdine University. She specializes in domestic violence and sex trafficking cases.
I hope you’ll watch the interview and share it with those who might benefit from seeing it. It is SO important that faith communities and their leaders talk openly about the issue – and own up to the ways in which many faith communities have contributed to the problem.
